- President: Bill Kulp: Bill has lived in Hastings with his wife, Taffy, since 2018. He is a retired Ansys executive with an MBA who organized and inspired teams to create innovative new products. In his spare time, he enjoys his six grandchildren, bicycling and hiking the Appalachian Trail.
- Vice-President: Pat Findle: As one of the first homeowners in Hastings, since 2018 Pat has watched and helped Hastings grow into a special place. As a retired business professional (geology; energy technology research), he has decades of experience enabling successful collaborative team efforts. Pat enjoys his 3 children and 4 grandchildren, gardening/landscaping, hiking, golfing, basketball, tennis, involvement in his faith community, and is a purveyor of inspirational quotes.
- Secretary: Pam Tracy: Pam and her husband, Bob, have lived in Hastings since March 2021. As a Realtor, Pam has been serving real estate clients in the South Hills and Downtown areas of Pittsburgh since 2009. Additionally, she brings previous HOA experience to the Board. When not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, playing with their Cavalier King Charles, Gunner, and spending time with her children and grandson, who also live in the Hastings neighborhood.
