Activities Committee

This committee is responsible for planning and organizing community events and social activities. The aim is to foster a sense of community, encourage neighborly interactions, and create enjoyable experiences for all residents.
Communications Committee

This committee manages communication channels to keep residents informed and engaged. The goal is to foster a sense of community and ensure effective information sharing among all members.
Finance Committee

This committee oversees the financial health of the HOA, including budgeting, financial planning, monitoring expenses, insurance and contracting. The focus is on ensuring fiscal responsibility and transparency to maintain and enhance the community’s assets.

Landscaping Committee

This committee is dedicated to maintaining and improving the community’s landscaping. This includes managing common areas, selecting and caring for plants, and ensuring that our green spaces are attractive and well-kept.
Public Spaces Committee

This committee manages the community’s public spaces, such as parks, walkways, and communal areas. The focus is on maintaining these areas, planning improvements, and ensuring they are safe and accessible for all residents. This committee will include a sub-group focusing on safety.
