About Hastings
Hastings, located in South Fayette Township, a community south of Pittsburgh on I-79, and surrounded by over 750 acres of park and preserved land, is a neighborhood of 444 homes; it is a diverse mix of single family homes, townhomes and carriage homes that includes a “downtown” area, Crossroads, and over 5 miles of walks and trails. Crossroads includes a restaurant, brew pub, hair salon, veterinary clinic and yoga studio all within walking distance of our residents. The neighborhood was designed and built by Charter Homes. Charter is expected to continue building until mid-2026.

The Hastings Neighborhood Association provides high quality services expected by our residents including landscaping, snow removal, and other amenities. The Association is managed by an Executive Board who are supported by many volunteers who make up six committees: Landscaping, Public Spaces, Activities, Communications, Finance and Rules. Hastings Neighborhood Association
Hastings Neighborhood Association has contracted Omni Management Services to handle day to day operations such as billing, accounting, vendor oversight, rules enforcement, and collections.
